A downloadable horror game for Windows and Linux

Hi!

I've never made a game before but, for the past month or so, in my spare time I've been working on a fun little game inspired by Trevor Henderson's monster Siren Head!

Your goal is simple. You're in a warehouse and need to find at least 5/10 items to trigger the roller doors to open so you can escape.

In the mean time you'll have to make sure you're not in the wrong aisle and the wrong time or you will be spotted and hunted.

This game isn't much but I've made sure to include a hopefully decent tutorial, controller support, a few difficulty modifiers if you want a challenge, and basic settings including inverted controls.

Current known issues:

- Mouse sensitivity slider is sensitive (possible fix applied)

- One death animation is boring

- Z fighting is regular (especially on the roller doors)

- Animation speed is not scaled with walking speed

- Siren Head can sometimes lack aggression

- Sensitivity settings can't be accessed while playing

This is my first game and while I have done some 3D modelling previously I've never done rigging, or animating, or making even a simple game of pong and I'm not going to lie my code is jury-rigged. Not just a few too many if statements I mean the behind the scenes is scarier then the game.

Regardless I hope I give you a few minutes of entertainment at least!

Just extract both files into a folder and run the .exe!

If you're unaware Jolt is the physics engine myself and a lot of other users of the Godot Game engine use and it comes with an extra file when exporting games.

The game is very interesting. We have some suggestions to update the game to make it more complete.

Recommendations 1. Added character footsteps and Siren Head's footsteps. 2. Added copyright-free ambient sound effects. 3. Increased character height. Currently, the character is as tall as a small child.

Those all sound like great ideas!

I will include them when I release the third version of the beta, thanks! :D

I'm working with a friend on a game and we need a couple of soundtracks is anyone willing to work with us

Amazing game. Very scary especially with low light and fog on

Thank you!!!
